Go BYU!!!

Well we finally made it to a BYU game... it was a good game but a bit of a blow out. At least we were doing the blowing out. We all got BYU shirts so we could be true fans. GO COUGARS! Okay so lets be honest here Kelan and I aren't really the true fans it is mostly Spencer. Me and Kelan just wanted a new t-shirt.

Kelan has Spencer's problem with getting his eyes open... he just can't do it.

Kelan watched about a second of the game and then decide that his cars were way cooler. This, sleeping and running around is what he did the whole game.

BBBBBBBBBBB.YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.UUUUUUUUUUUUU!

SAFETY FIRST BUCKLE UP

Sooooo sad... So this past weekend Kelan and someone who we won't mention their name went on a walk. While they were on the walk Kelan spotted the cutest kitty ever! This little kitty was so cute that Kelan couldn't wait to be helped out of the stroller. He was so excited about the kitty that he jumped out of the stroller all by himself. Obviously this didn't work out to well for him. Poor little Kelan landed right on his face and got the worst road rash ever. So the moral of this story is always remember to buckle up. Who knew stroller rides could be so dangerous...

Happy Anniversary

"I LOVE... beginning and ending each day with you sharing the ups, downs, and in-betweens knowing that what we've got is pretty amazing." Thanks Spencer for being so amazing. Kelan and I are lucky to have such a wonderful friend. We love you!

Spencer and I have been married for three years now, time flys when you are having fun. For our anniversary we went to Egypt... hahaha. Well we kind of went to Egypt. We had a fun time getting away just the two of us and relaxing. Spencer even made me breakfast in bed, okay so he didn't really but it was included in the get away he planned for us.

Good Old Idaho!

We are officially back in Idaho... woo hoo! Spencer has made it through his first week of dental school. It is going to be tough but he can do it. I will be finishing up at BYU- Idaho this semester and I can't wait to be done. We have already experienced a few thunder storms but what can you do. I am missing being a bum by the pool and hanging out with the fam. We had a good summer in California but it I guess it is time to get back to life.

Long 13 hour Road trips must consist of...
Snacks...........................................

Cheesy Pictures.............................................

Annoyed husbands.............................

and lots of long naps.

We made it in one piece and we all still love each other. I'm just kidding we all love the road trips. Kelan is such a trooper and he always helps keep us entertained.

We were fortunate enough to make it back in time for the sweet Blackfoot fair... let me tell ya it is a riot. The best part about the fair is the food and people watching. Sometimes I wonder what it is about the fair that attracts some of the people it does.

Kelan's favorite part about the fair was all of the animals. It is so funny how giggly he gets when he touches them.

Kelan wouldn't touch the bear but he would growl at it with Aunt Ansley.

At the fair they have a little area where kids can walk up to the animals and pet them. Kelan loved the goats... It was the funniest thing watching him with the animals. There was this goat that started munching on Kelan's shirt and he wasn't havin it. He went up to the goat and spanked him on the bum then he tried to give the goat a kiss to make it all better. The goat decided that the oats Kelan had to offer wasn't worth the abuse.

Sunday Strollin...

Isn't that just the cutest little tractor ever? My sister in law found it at a garage sale for 10 bucks. It is so dang cute... Kelan loved riding in the back while Mikey did all the work pedaling around the neighborhood. By the end of the walk Mikey was exhausted. It's not easy hauling around a 27 pound baby...

This is Williams serious face. He is ready to get goin.
This is Baby Brayden, he is only 6 weeks old. He is the newest addition to Grandma Nani's "Boys only Club."

The summer is coming to an end for us in California. Kelan is sure going to miss his cousins. He is especially going to miss Mikey... he loves that kid. It is so funny how Kelan follows him everywhere he goes. We have had a blast this summer swimming, playing at the park, going on walks and just doing a bunch of hanging out. It is going to be sad to say goodbye.

Road Trip!!!

So the Anderson Family made there way down to California and we pretty much covered it all. We started in the Sequoia National Park and then onto Southern California where we hit up Magic Mountain, the L.A. Temple, Angels Stadium, and Huntington Beach. Then we made our way up to Northern California where we played at Santa Cruz and visited with Spencer's relatives. It was a crazy week and a lot of driving, but hey what doesn't kill ya only makes you stronger. For the past couple of days every time we get in the car Kelan screams and trys to rip off his car seat straps... it is pretty funny. All in all it was a great trip and we had a blast cruisin California with the Anderson family.

We hiked all the way to the top of Morro Rock. It was an amazing view.

This was Kelan's first big kid ride ever. I couldn't believe they were going to let him go on it. We were just going to swap him and go in two rounds but they said he could get on so we took him. I think if they knew he was only 16 months they wouldn't of let him go. At the rate Kelan is growing he is going to be riding the roller coasters by age 3. It is called Jet Streamer and at the end you take a huge drop and get wet. I think I was more afraid then Kelan was. I was holding onto him for dear life.

Kelan's sweet bod... what a tute tute boy. We love this kid.

Happy 4th of July!!!

We had a great Fourth hanging out with the family. With the three little boys our day was filled with craziness. We had a great BBQ with lots of good food. My mom had a crazy idea to make a fruit boquet and let me tell you I don't think it was worth the time that went into it. It turned out really cute though and tasted great. and we enjoyed a long day of playing in the pool. We went to the church to play wiffle ball it was a blast. Of course Spencer can't play any sport without a battle wound. He slid into one of the bases on the carpet in the cultural hall... not the best idea. I was a little nervous about how Kelan would act with the fireworks but he was just fine. He just sat back and relaxed in his chair, he had a long day with lots of excitement with his cousins. He actually fell asleep before we were done lighting them all off.

Go Braves!

Go Braves Go!!! We made it to the Braves game thanks to Jason and Kelsey. It was quite the trip. As we were driving down to L.A. we found out that the game sold out the night before and that it would probably sell out again. Kelsey and Jason saved the day by hooking us up with some tickets. Then when we were about 30 minutes away and already late Kelan decides to throw up all over himself... and of course Spencer will not stop the car because he loves his Braves and doesn't want to miss one more second of the game. Let me tell you Kelan was not a happy camper. Lucky for him he got the sweetest new outfit for only $35.00. It was a pretty funny situation. Thank goodness Kelan was just car sick he had a great time at the game watching the Braves win.

Kelan found a new love...

So the other day I was fixing dinner and Kelan was playing with the pots and pans like usual. I looked down at him and he had brown stuff all over his face. I wasn't sure what the heck he got into but whatever it was he was downing it.

The packet of powder was in a huge pile on the floor and he was shoveling it into his mouth as fast as possible. He knew that it wouldn't be long before I caught him. I don't know why or how that packet of hot chocolate got into the pots and pan cupboard but Kelan was indeed grateful for whoever misplaced that wonderful packet of goodness. It is almost impossible to keep this kid clean now. Not to mention it is impossible to keep myself clean.
