Idaho Trip...

Spencer's poor dad got a little sick according to Kelan... He would say "Papa's sick". We decided to hop in the car and make sure that he would really be okay. It was quite the drive but worth it. Kelan was a little confused with why Papa moved to the hospital but he enjoyed playing cars and watching movies with Papa while we were waiting for him to get better. Get well Robert, you're a trooper. We Love you!!

Kelan was glad that Aunt Annie and Uncle T.J. were able to make it to so that he could have a baby to play with.

Kelan loved Kissing and holding Cohen... he is going to be such a good big brother (hopefully).

Kelan had a blast going to the park with his Papa. Papa is always up for a good time.

Aunt Meme is always up for a good time also. She loves the big girl swings.

Kelan got an early Christmas present while we were there because Papa realized that these P.J.'s won't be fitting Kelan in a couple months. Kelan loved them so much he had to wear them all day over his other clothes. A little embarrassing but hey he loved it.

We had a great time in Idaho and we're glad that Robert is doing better. Kelan was a little exhausted by the end of the trip.

We love Daddy!!!

The past two weeks Spencer has been studying for Mid-terms like crazy... no fun for him or Kelan and I. Today he is officially done, Woo Hoo! We are so proud of you Spencer!!! We are excited to have our Daddy back...

We Love YOU!!
(maybe one day he can perfect the painless dentistry... hahaha)

Happy 4 years...

So this might be a little late... it's better late than never. Spencer and I have been married for 4 whole years now. It's crazy how time flies when you're having fun... I am so happy I get to spend eternity with my best friend. Thanks for being so amazing Spence! I love you lots!

St. Louis Fun!!!

We made a trip over to St. Louis to see T.J. and Ansley's tute little baby Cohen. He is one cute kid with sooo much hair. It was fun to see most of the Anderson Fam again. Kelan was so excited to go to his Aunt Annie's house. Every time we have gotten in the car this past week he asks if that is where we are going... It is nothing but pure disappointment every time we end up at the grocery store. He'll get over it eventually I hope.

Baby Cohen's Blessing with all the boys

Go Braves!!
It wouldn't be a family get together without a trip to the ball park...

... and a little tomahawk chop!

Kelan and Emma already spooning at the age of 2... were in trouble.

Kelan loves giving kisses...

Saying goodbye is always hard...
(P.S. we might have to burn mine and Kelan's shirt after tonight's game... ugghhh)

Double Trouble...

That's right we are pregnant and having a BAbY BoY in January... Kelan is so excited to be a big brother. He gets really mad when we tell him he is having a baby brother. For some reason he tells us it is a baby sister. I think I've finally convinced him that a baby brother would be cooler because they like trains too. I might have told him baby brother will bring him a train when he comes. He is warming up to the idea as long as baby brother really does bring him a ChOo cHoo.

20 Weeks

I took this video of Kelan in the car right before we went to find out what we were having. He was a little tired and annoyed of me as you can see in the video.

Summer Fun!!!

Spencer is back in school now so it is back to just the two of us... me and Kelly Belly. We have fun hanging out at all the cool attractions around our house. We also enjoy our time with Spencer on the weekends. We are trying to soak up all the sun we can while it is still around. It is only a matter of time before the horrible snowy days will be here. We have had fun at the Zoo, Botanical Gardens and enjoying a good baseball game at the ball park.

... okay so I'm not going to lie we do hang out in our P.J.'s until noon most days.

... we also try to make it to the zoo at least once a week, thanks to our year pass.

... Lily definitely wears the pants in this relationship.

... Joe wanted to go swimming with the fishies sooo bad.

Spencer's favorite thing to do... The Baseball Stadium. I think this is the reason he decided he wanted to go to school here is because of this darn stadium. For those of you who don't know this is where the College World Baseball games are held every year. A dream come true for Spence.

Thank goodness Josh and Dana are always up for a good time. 3 hour games can get a little boring if you don't have friends to hang out with. They also helped me talk Spencer into eating before the game and getting there a little later which always helps.

The fire works after the game were awesome and I think it was Kelan's favorite part, besides the walking peanut man.

Home Sweet Home...

Well I don't know if Spence or I really consider this home sweet home just yet. We like Omaha but don't consider it home. Everyone here says by the time we leave we are going to be sooo sad. I don't know about that... but we'll see. So we have lived here for about 3 months and have been working like crazy to get this placed fixed up. We have been painting, caulking, re-carpeting... replacing baseboards, carpet, and installing wood floors. The list is never ending and the sad part is we still aren't done, but it is definitely an improvement. So here it is our new/old place.

Living Room

After living in chaos for a few months it is nice to have a place to sit down and relax.

Kitchen
It's small but it fits our tea party table perfectly. I'm not a big time cooker so I don't really need a big time kitchen.

Kelan's Room
I won't let him have a car's room (which Spence thinks is so cruel) but I do let him have a few car accessories.

Our Bathroom

Our Bedroom

We haven't done anything here and we haven't finished our backroom. We got a little burnt out... someday.

PotTy tRaiNinG UpdAtE...

Kelan is awesome and has been doing such a great job. I am doing this thing called 3 day Potty Training. So far so good... we are on day four and he hasn't wet his bed once during the night or during his 3 hour naps. I would have to say he isn't quite there but he tells me when he has to go pee pee and that is more than I could have expected 3 days ago. We are still working on the poop thing but he is getting there. I don't understand why kids would rather go poop in their pants than sit on the toilet and not have that nastiness in there pants. I guess people say they are afraid of it... who knew?

We have made quite the improvement seeing how this is where we started... Good job Kelan!! I am so proud of you.

Summer Break Craziness...

Spencer had a month off between semesters so we decided to take advantage of this. We pretty much went non stop for the whole month. I think we traveled through about 14 states on our road trip extravaganza. We started the break off in North Carolina with Stephen and Afton. We had an awesome time hanging out with Afton's family. Kelan loved Grandma Tina and hanging out with his cousin Brooks. Then we had a few days at home before we headed off to St. Louis and then down to Texas. We had a blast in Texas at the Anderson Family Reunion thanks to Ryan and Carrie.

Brooks and Kelan pretty much have no choice in whether or not they want to play baseball.

Brooks was a bit of a party pooper.

Kelan Loved baby Brooks. He couldn't keeps his hands and lips off him.

HaPpY BiRthDaY to YoU!!!
Spencer turned 26... We're getting old. We went to the batting cages and the boys loved it. Kelan kept telling the balls to slow down. He was getting a little nervous for his dad.

Kelan had to help his dad blow out the candles... there were just way to many to do it alone.

The boys holding Ava and Elsie. It was so nice to be there for their baby blessings.

We went to Chuck- E- Cheese's and the kids loved it. Carver loved cruising with Chuckie.

The twins were still a little young for partying at C-E-C.

Kelan and Kaydree look like they are hating life but they really did love it.

Kelan might get a little crazy behind the wheel.

Trying to stay cool in Texas is a little impossible... but we all did our best.

We all had a blast at the swim park.

Kelan and Aunt Afton having a chicken fight.

Boot shopping... Kelan picked out the snake skin boots. He thought he was pretty cool.

Cute boots but a little expensive for me. Who knew trying to be a cowgirl could be so pricey.

All the babies hanging out... You've gotta love those peaceful moments.
