Broken Boo Boo's

Poor Beckham broke his little arm... So SAD! He is such a tough little kid I didn't even realize he was seriously hurt until the next morning. We were getting Pizza and he was cruising around like usual just movin, movin, movin. He tripped over his own feet and slapped his arm down on the tile. We picked him up and he cried for a minute and was ready to run around some more. Who knew he broke his arm? I finally realized something was wrong the next morning when he was CONsTaNTLy crying no matter what I did. We took him to the doctor for x-rays (super fun with a one year old) then we took him to the specialist to get a cast put on. All in all Beckham was a trooper and is feeling MUCH better and is back to roughing up Kelan.

Egg hunts, coloring eggs, yummy treats and more!

Happy Easter!!! We had a great Easter this year with a few accomplishments and a few set backs. #1 accomplishment: Kelan is no longer afraid of the Easter Bunny. #2 Beckham has turned into an excellent egg hunter. Set back #1: Beckham is no longer a fan of the Easter Bunny (Maybe in 3 years he will warm up) and #2 Kelan is better at breaking the eggs than dying them.

Village Green Egg hunt
Beckham is already CHoWiNG down, wrapper and all.
Spence in his sweet Scout uniform... hahaha.

Easter Bunny @ Bass Pro Shop
Kelan was a little disappointed that the bunny didn't ask him what he wanted for Easter.
Beckham is feeling okay about the situation here. A little nervous but being tough about it.
Okay... he is DONE. Bella is trying to figure out why he doesn't like the cute cuddly bunny.
... and feeling much better. Still a little traumatized.
Easter treats that Lily and Kelan helped us make... I mean eat.
Egg dying/cracking.
Easter Treats!
Beckham got pretty good at opening the eggs.
Kelan was a pro at finding them all.
Beckham was a little slower but he figured it out.
Kelan's note for the Easter bunny since he forgot to ask him what he wanted. (I guess Santa and the Easter bunny don't do the same jobs?)

Oh how I miss you...

We finally did it... we got rid of the binks. Did we do it on purpose? NO, but I'm glad it is done. We have been down to one binky for a while now and we said once it's gone it's gone. We finally lost the last one and that was that. I will have to say I still want to run to Wal-Mart and grab a new one from time to time. Beckham sleeps great but the problem is how handy it was during church. We have been spending a lot of time in the halls. Can't wait for Nursery!

p.s. this picture is what I found after I had taken a quick shower. The best part is Beckham was just about asleep. Kelan put him in there and said it was his new house.
