Europe Trip

Going to Europe was AMAZING! It was so hard leaving our boys behind but I am so glad we did it and our boys didn't miss us one little bit. Every time we skyped them we had to beg them to talk to us and when we got home they just wanted to keep playing at Grandma's house. The only one who kind of missed us was Crew, he called me Grandma for almost a week after we got back. Totally worth it, haha! We had so much fun traveling around with Robert & Robyn, they were great snoozing, I mean traveling buddies. We seriously went 100 miles per hour for 2 weeks straight and saw as much as we possibly could've. Everywhere we went we had the best tour guides. We spent the first week with Stephen, Afton and their cute kids and then we got to spend the last week with Ryan, Carrie and their cute kiddos. Now we know what it feels like to be grandparents. Play, play, play and then give them back to their parents... hahaha! Spending that time with family really made seeing all the sights that much more special.

First stop Ireland.
Ireland is so beautiful and green and I couldn't believe how friendly all the Irish people were. It was a little difficult to understand some of them at first because their accents are so thick and they talk so fast, but man are they friendly.

Next stop Scotland
Scotland was probably Spencer and I's favorite stop. The city was so clean and had so much history and the countryside was so beautiful and green.

Holland
It was crazy how the weather was so different going from Ireland to Holland. Chilly and overcast to humid and sweating, it kept things interesting. It seemed like during the second week over in Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and France there was a lot more of a language barrier. People weren't as friendly and you could walk up to someone, assuming they spoke english because they were white... and they didn't. Oooops, sorry if I offended you, hahaha! In a lot of places they charge you to use the restroom and they charge you for water at restaurants... um, what!? It was so fun seeing all of the amazing sights and also all of the cute little towns along the way. Carrie and Ryan really know there stuff when it comes to traveling.

What a trip! The End.
